Dong Fast News (Reporter Huang Hui) Reporters learned from the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology that in order to develop and strengthen the province's leading modern textile and garment industry, the department recently issued the "Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of School Uniform Industry", putting forward seven "opinion lines" to promote the rapid development of the province's school uniform characteristic industry.
The Opinions support enterprises in becoming bigger and stronger through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, creating a number of leading brand enterprises with strong innovation capabilities and competitive advantages to lead the development and growth of the province's school uniform industry. Support the China National Textile and Apparel Council's "One Pavilion, One Institute, Two Centers" (National Textile Fabric Pavilion Shishi Pavilion, Shishi City China Textile and Apparel Industry Research Institute, China Textile Industry Federation Testing Center Shishi Laboratory, China Textile Information Center Shishi Branch) in product quality spot checks, testing business training, school uniform standard formulation, and improvement of comprehensive R&D capabilities, and deepen the integration and development with school uniform enterprises and other industrial development platforms.
Guide school uniform enterprises to participate in the construction of industrial innovation centers, manufacturing innovation centers, enterprise technology centers, and provincial-level new R&D institutions and other innovation platforms. A reward of 500,000 yuan will be given for newly recognized provincial enterprise technology centers. Promote the construction of industrial internet platforms, build a new production, supply, and sales model based on the industrial internet, and provide rewards of no more than 2 million yuan and 500,000 yuan, respectively, for enterprises included in the provincial industrial internet demonstration platform and integrated development benchmark enterprises. A one-time reward of 800,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan will be given to industrial enterprises that have newly obtained the national and provincial "quality benchmark" titles, respectively.
In addition, enterprises should be encouraged to conduct global layout and docking with R&D and design high-end elements. Enterprises should be guided to increase investment in R&D and design, establish design institutions, introduce excellent design talents, and actively create national and provincial industrial design centers. Rewards of no more than 800,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan will be given to newly recognized national and provincial industrial design centers, respectively.
