Fujian Qiaofa Clothing Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as "Hui'an County Qiaofa Garment Co., Ltd.") was founded in March 1993 by Mr. Lin Hehui, a person with disabilities but strong will. Located in Hui'an "China School Uniform Apparel Base", it possesses a modern garment production line, complete equipment, strong technical force, and focuses on the production of school uniforms, work clothes, uniforms, labor protection clothing, and the research, development, installation, and construction of intelligent campus management systems and intelligent education systems.
The company upholds the business philosophy of "cherishing responsibility, pursuing win-win, honesty and trustworthiness, and pioneering and enterprising", and establishes the service concept of "starting from customer needs and ending with customer satisfaction". Through standardized management and strict control of product quality; the company pays attention to technological innovation, establishes a "shoe and clothing development center", cultivates and establishes a technical team with exquisite technology, diligence and dedication, pioneering and enterprising, and independent design capabilities; the company attaches importance to social welfare, actively donates to support the hometown, and under the guidance of the county's disabled persons' federation, established the "Qiaofa Disabled Persons' Sewing Technology Training Center" to do its utmost for the employment and entrepreneurship of disabled persons and surplus rural and urban labor.
After more than 20 years of hard work and accumulation, the company has developed into a large-scale enterprise integrating R&D, training, production, and sales. The company founder, Lin Hehui, has been awarded the "Disabled Self-improvement Model" by the Fujian Provincial Personnel Department and the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation, and the "Beautiful Hui'an People" moral model of honesty and trustworthiness by the Hui'an County Spiritual Civilization Construction Guidance Committee.
