Fujian Qiaofa Clothing Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as "Hui'an Qiaofa Garment Co., Ltd.") was founded in March 1993 by Mr. Lin Hehui, a person with disabilities but strong will. Located in Hui'an "China School Uniform Base", it has a modern garment production line, complete equipment, strong technical force, and focuses on the production of school uniforms, work clothes, uniforms, labor protection clothing and the research and development, installation and construction of campus intelligent management systems and intelligent education systems.

Lin Hehui: Today's integrity in exchange for tomorrow's trust. Lin Hehui, male, born in May 1965, is a villager from Qiaoqun Village, Luoyang Town, Hui'an County. He suffered from polio at the age of 1, lost his father at 5, dropped out of school at 8, learned sewing at 11, started his own business at 24, and has been giving back to society since he was 30. This is the trajectory of Lin Hehui's life.
